The Timely Investigation clause requires that any concerns, complaints, or incidents be examined promptly after they are reported. Neither the Assignee nor the Auctioneer shall be required or bound to inform the Purchaser of any such matters whether known to them or not and the Purchaser shall raise no enquiry, requisition or objection thereon or thereto.
