Timing and Amount of Tax Benefit Payments Clause Samples

The "Timing and Amount of Tax Benefit Payments" clause defines when and how much one party must pay another in relation to tax benefits realized under an agreement. It typically outlines the schedule for making such payments, such as upon the filing of tax returns or receipt of a tax refund, and specifies the calculation method for determining the payment amount, often based on actual tax savings or liabilities. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of their financial obligations regarding tax benefits, thereby preventing disputes and promoting fairness in the allocation of tax-related advantages.
