Timing and Number Clause Samples
The "Timing and Number" clause defines when certain actions or obligations must occur and how many times they are required within a contract. For example, it may specify deadlines for delivering goods, submitting reports, or making payments, as well as the frequency or quantity of these actions. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the schedule and volume of their responsibilities, reducing the risk of disputes over missed deadlines or insufficient performance.
