Common use of Timing of Messages Clause in Contracts

Timing of Messages. A. A message is considered as starting at the time telephone communication is established between all of the persons on the conference. B. A message is considered as terminating at the time the connection is terminated at the originating point. C. The originating customer's request that a station or stations be added to or disconnected from a connection after the message has started is considered as terminating the message and initiating a new call on the basis of the revised group of stations. D. Chargeable time does not include time lost because of faults or defects in the service.
