Common use of Timing of Notices Clause in Contracts

Timing of Notices. A notice given as herein provided shall: (a) if delivered by hand or sent by fax, be deemed to have been received on the day of receipt or, if sent outside 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on any Business Day, at 8:30 a.m. on the next Business Day; and (b) if sent by registered mail, be deemed to have been received 10 Business Days after the mailing thereof.
