Common use of Timing of Services Clause in Contracts

Timing of Services. Consultant will perform the services in a timely manner; however, if during their performance, for reasons beyond the control of the Consultant, protracted delays occur, the parties agree that they will negotiate in writing an equitable adjustment of time and compensation, taking into consideration the impact of such delays.
