Common use of Timing of Services Clause in Contracts

Timing of Services. In normal circumstances, JCI will (a) initiate its Preventive Maintenance services with prior notification to the Project Representative, and (b) initiate remote diagnostics and notify the Project Representative by the next business day after JCI’s determination that the System has a Performance Shortfall or is experiencing a monitoring/connectivity issue.
