Timing of Services. FCCS may exercise its own reasonable judgment, within the parameters set forth herein and in compliance with state regulations, as to the time and manner in which it performs the services required hereunder. Additionally, FCCS will be held to a standard of like administrators performing like services for customers such as the Client.
