Common use of Title and Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Title and Responsibilities. Subject to the terms set forth herein, Executive will be employed as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”). Executive shall also serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. During his employment with the Company, Executive will devote his best efforts and substantially all of his business time and attention (except for vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacity permitted by the Company’s general employment policies) to the business of the Company.

Executive shall also serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. During his employment with the Company, Executive will devote his best efforts and substantially all of his full business time and attention (except for vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacity permitted by the Company’s general employment policies) to the business and interests of the Company.

During his employment with the Company, Executive will devote his best efforts and substantially all of his full business time and attention (except for vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacity permitted by the Company’s general employment policies) to the business and interests of the Company.

Executive's responsibilities and duties shall include those items inherent in Executive's positions with the Company and shall further include such other managerial responsibilities and executive duties as may be assigned to him from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”). of the Company consistent with the description of job responsibilities attached hereto as Exhibit C. Executive shall also serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors. During his employment with the Company, Executive will devote his best efforts and substantially all of his full business time and attention (except for vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacity permitted by the Company’s general employment policies) to the business and interests of the Company.
