Common use of Title and Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Title and Responsibilities. Subject to terms set forth herein, the Company agrees to continue to employ Executive in the position of Chairman of the Board and Executive hereby accepts continued employment effective as of the date set forth above (the "Effective Date"). During his employment with the Company, Executive will devote his best efforts and substantially all of his business time and attention (except for vacation periods as set forth herein and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacity permitted by the Company's general employment policies) to the business of the Company.

Title and Responsibilities. Subject to terms set forth herein, the Company agrees to continue to employ Executive in the position of Chairman of Chief Financial Officer and the Board and Executive hereby accepts continued employment effective as of the date set forth above 1st day of July, 2006, (the "Effective Date"). During his the employment with the Company, Executive will devote his her best efforts and substantially all of his her business time and attention (except for vacation periods as set forth herein and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacity permitted by the Company's general employment policies) to the business of the Company.

Title and Responsibilities. Subject to the terms set forth herein, the Company agrees to continue to employ Executive in the position of Chairman of the Board President and Chief Executive Officer, and Executive hereby accepts continued such employment effective as of the date set forth above January 5, 2009 (the "“Effective Date"”). During his employment with the Company, Executive will devote his best efforts and substantially all of his business time and attention (except for vacation periods as set forth herein and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacity permitted by the Company's general employment policies) report directly to the business Board of Directors of the CompanyCompany (the “Board”).

Subject to terms set forth herein, the Company agrees to continue to employ Executive in the position of Chairman of the Board chief financial officer and Executive hereby accepts continued employment effective as of the date set forth above (the "Effective Date"). During his employment with the Company, Executive will devote his best efforts and substantially all of his business time and attention (except for vacation periods as set forth herein and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacity permitted by the Company's general employment policies) to the business of the Company.

Subject to terms set forth herein, the Company agrees to continue to employ Executive in the position of Chairman of the Board president and chief executive officer and Executive hereby accepts continued employment effective as of the date set forth above April 29, 2003 (the "“Effective Date"”). During his employment with the Company, Executive will devote his best efforts and substantially all of his business time and attention (except for vacation periods as set forth herein and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacity permitted by the Company's ’s general employment policies) to the business of the Company.

Title and Responsibilities. Subject to the terms set forth herein, the Company agrees to continue to employ Executive in the position of Chairman of the Board Chief Operating Officer, and Executive hereby accepts continued such employment pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, effective as of the date set forth above June 1, 2005 (the "“Effective Date"”). During his employment with the Company, Executive will devote his best efforts and substantially all of his business time time, skill and attention (except for vacation periods as set forth herein and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacity permitted by the Company's ’s general employment policies) to the business of the Company.

Subject to terms set forth herein, the Company agrees to continue to employ Executive in the position of Chairman of the Board Chief Financial Officer and Executive hereby accepts continued such employment effective as of the date set forth above hereof (the "“Effective Date"”). During his her employment with the Company, Executive will devote his her best efforts and substantially all of his her business time and attention (except for vacation periods as set forth herein and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacity permitted by the Company's ’s general employment policies) to the business of the Company.

During his employment with the Company, Executive will devote his best efforts and substantially all of his business time and attention (except for vacation periods as set forth herein and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacity permitted by the Company's ’s general employment policies) to the business of the Company.

Title and Responsibilities. Subject to terms set forth herein, the Company agrees to continue to employ Executive in the position of Chairman of the Board Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") and Executive hereby accepts continued such employment effective as of the date set forth above July 1, 2002 (the "Effective Employment Date"). During his continuing employment with the Company, Executive will devote his best efforts and substantially all of his business time and attention (except for vacation periods as set forth herein and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacity incapacities permitted by the Company's general employment policies) to the business of the Company.

Title and Responsibilities. Subject to terms set forth herein, the Company agrees to continue to employ Executive in the position of Chairman of President and Chief Operating Officer (collectively the Board "President") and Executive hereby accepts continued such employment effective as of the date set forth above July 1, 2002 (the "Effective Employment Date"). During his continuing employment with the Company, Executive will devote his best efforts and substantially all of his business time and attention (except for vacation periods as set forth herein and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacity incapacities permitted by the Company's general employment policies) to the business of the Company.

Title and Responsibilities. Subject to terms set forth herein, the Company agrees to continue to employ Executive in the position of Chairman of the Board chief financial officer and Executive hereby accepts continued employment effective as of the date set forth above (the "Effective Date"). During his employment with the Company, Executive will devote his best efforts and substantially all of his business time and attention (except for vacation periods as set forth herein and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacity permitted by the Company's general employment policies) to the business of the Company.

Title and Responsibilities. Subject to the terms set forth herein, the Company agrees to continue to employ Executive in the position of Chairman of the Board President, and Executive hereby accepts continued such employment effective as of on the date set forth above hereof (the "Effective Date"). During his employment with the Company, Executive will devote his best efforts and substantially all of his business full time and attention (except for vacation periods as set forth herein and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacity permitted by the Company's general employment policies) to the business of the Company, except as otherwise provided herein, and shall do and perform all acts and things necessary to perform his duties.
