TO RESOLVE THE DISPUTE. You and Toyota each acknowledge and agree that, but for this agreement to arbitrate disputes, you and Toyota would have had a right or opportunity to litigate disputes through a court and to have a judge or jury decide the case and you and Toyota each voluntarily choose to waive that right and pursue all applicable Disputes through binding arbitration.
