To the APIs Clause Samples

The "To the APIs" clause defines the terms under which parties may access and use application programming interfaces (APIs) provided under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of permitted API usage, any restrictions or requirements for integration, and may specify technical or security standards that must be followed. By clearly delineating how APIs can be accessed and utilized, the clause helps prevent unauthorized use and ensures both parties understand their rights and obligations regarding API interactions.
