Toll Zone Work Section Opening Readiness. (a) With respect to each Toll Zone Work Section, upon the completion by the Systems Integrator of its scope of work, TxDOT shall promptly notify DB Contractor thereof. (b) With respect to each Toll Zone Work Section, DB Contractor shall provide written notice to TxDOT 20 days prior to completion of the conditions to Toll Zone Work Section Opening Readiness set forth in this Section 2.1.2.
