TOMA Support. 3.1.3.1. The Contractor shall assist the TOMA in identifying all existing Technical Order (TO) data from MMIII as well as other Government departments/ agencies. 3.1.3.2. Any TO development for the Government shall be developed to current AF Technical Manual Specifications and Standards (TMSS) or Government-approved Non-Government Specifications (NGS) IAW TO 00-5-3, paragraph 3.3.5. 3.1.3.3. The Contractor shall deliver all other page-based TOs (such as Commercial, Off-the-Shelf (COTS) manuals) required to support all operations IAW Technical Manual Contract Requirement (TMCR) (TM- 86-01). (CDRL A110) 3.1.3.4. The Contractor shall identify, develop, update/maintain, and deliver necessary data, drawings, documentation when required, before and after coding when required, and to perform In-Process Reviews (IPRs) as well as Contractor certification and Government verification. This includes: • Conference/meeting agendas • Report/record of meeting minutesTechnical data assessments as requested • Preliminary TOs (IAW TO 00-5-3, TO-00-5-1, AF TO System, and TMCR) • Manuals (IAW MIL-PRF-32216, MIL-DTL-87929E (USAF), MIL- DTL-38804D, MIL-DTL-38807) • Standards (MIL-STD-38784) • Time Compliance TOs (TCTOs) (TO 00-5-15) • Any other applicable data, including source data in TO Page Supplements (TOPS) format 3.1.3.5. The Contractor shall ensure technical publications and TCTO changes resulting from certification and verification efforts for the system and support equipment are updated and finalized prior to formal delivery per the TMCR. 3.1.3.6. The Contractor shall participate in at least two (2) IPRs for draft TO and TCTO deliverables at least 90 days before the start of validation/ verification. 3.1.3.7. The Contractor shall participate in Pre-Publication Reviews (PPRs) and TCTO Pre-Publication Review Groups (PPRGs) after verification to ensure all comments and corrections are incorporated and meet contractual requirements. 3.1.3.8. Data rights shall be in compliance with the Government Rights in Data and Software (GRIDS), where the Government asserts Unlimited Rights, unless otherwise noted as an exception.

  • Child Support (Applicable if the Party is a natural person, not a corporation or partnership.) Party states that, as of the date the Agreement is signed, he/she: a. is not under any obligation to pay child support; or b. is under such an obligation and is in good standing with respect to that obligation; or c. has agreed to a payment plan with the Vermont Office of Child Support Services and is in full compliance with that plan. Party makes this statement with regard to support owed to any and all children residing in Vermont. In addition, if the Party is a resident of Vermont, Party makes this statement with regard to support owed to any and all children residing in any other state or territory of the United States.

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.

  • Product Support Not applicable

  • Customer Support If Customer is entitled to receive Customer Support as part of a separately purchased Service Plan, Sage warrants that while Customer’s Service Plan is in effect and if it has paid all required Service Plan fees, Sage will use qualified personnel to provide Customer Support in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Customer’s sole remedy under this section 5.2 is limited to Sage’s re-performance of the Customer Support services giving rise to Customer’s claim.

  • Telephone Support The Fund Designated Persons may contact State Street’s HORIZONR Help Desk and Fund Assistance Center between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. (Eastern time) on all business days for the purpose of obtaining answers to questions about the use of the System, or to report apparent problems with the System. From time to time, the Fund shall provide to State Street a list of persons who shall be permitted to contact State Street for assistance (such persons being referred to as the “Fund Designated Persons”).
