Tool Transportation. When a mechanic leaves the employ of the Employer, the Employer shall be required to pay the cost of shipping the mechanic's tools. Tools shall be shipped within thirty-six (36) hours, (excluding weekends and holidays), of the employee leaving their employment, subject to the same conditions as govern transportation. Where the Employer fails to comply with the above, unless proper reasons for the delay are forthcoming, the employee shall be deemed to be still on the payroll of the Employer and shall receive their usual wages and all other conditions of this Agreement until there is compliance with these provisions.
