Total Revenues Sample Clauses
The 'Total Revenues' clause defines how the total income generated by a party, typically within a specified period or from certain activities, is calculated and reported. This clause often outlines which sources of income are included or excluded, such as sales, service fees, or other business receipts, and may specify accounting methods or reporting requirements. Its core practical function is to ensure clarity and consistency in financial reporting, which is essential for determining payments, royalties, or compliance with financial covenants in the agreement.
