Common use of Tracing your payments Clause in Contracts

Tracing your payments. If you ask us to trace a payment you made to a Recipient in the EEA we will do so and let you know of the outcome. Please also contact us if you sent a valid Transaction to a Recipient in the EEA and they receive it later than what we have agreed under this Agreement (see section 5). If appropriate, we will ask the Recipient’s bank (or other applicable payment service provider) to correct the payment.
