Tracking Services Clause Samples
The Tracking Services clause defines the obligations and parameters for monitoring or tracking certain activities, assets, or data as part of a contractual relationship. Typically, this clause outlines what is being tracked—such as shipments, employee hours, or digital interactions—and specifies the methods, frequency, and reporting requirements for such tracking. Its core practical function is to ensure transparency and accountability by providing both parties with reliable information about the tracked subject, thereby reducing disputes and facilitating effective management.
Tracking Services. The Servicer shall perform the following services in connection with the tracking of the Investments (the “Tracking Services”):
(a) maintain records regarding the names, addresses and phone numbers of the individuals insured under the Investments;
(b) track the life status and contact information of the insureds for the Investments on a semi-annual basis on or about each January 1st and July 1st, commencing January 1, 2011, or up to the maximum extent permitted by applicable state law or regulation if less frequently than semi-annually, by first attempting to contact the primary designee by telephone; if unsuccessful after three attempts, by attempting to contact the insured’s primary physician and/or the alternate designees by telephone; and if none of such telephone inquiries are successful, by making contact by mail. The tracking process for an insured is considered complete for an applicable period if the Servicer receives confirmation that a specific person (i.e., one of the designees of the insured, the insured’s primary physician or a subcontractor of the Servicer) has had direct verbal or physical contact with the insured within the sixty (60) days prior to such confirmation; and
(c) if the tracking efforts described in clause (b) above are not successful in confirming the life status and contact information of the insured, the Servicer will perform such additional tracking procedures as it deems appropriate, and in compliance with applicable laws, to determine the life status and contact information of the insured.
Tracking Services. BTCS’s Platform provides Users the ability to utilize BTCS’s proprietary unified dashboard for tracking Cryptocurrency assets and trades, allowing Users to connect public Cryptocurrency Wallets and Cryptocurrency exchange account application programming interfaces seamlessly for analytical tracking purposes.
Tracking Services. This provision (1.2 Tracki▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ces) shall be considered a distinguishable part of this consulting agreement as to Duties, Compensation and Term and Termination only. This provision provides for additional services upon the written request of Amerifirst Financial Services, Inc. The Tracking Services part of this consulting agreement may be terminated by either party in writing at any time.
Tracking Services. This service tracks data and statistics concerning the performance of the Campaigns. As part of the Marketing Services, Advertiser will automatically be provided Tracking Services. This service is also called “Dashboard”, “RPM.”
