Common use of Tracking Clause in Contracts

Tracking. Contractor shall establish a tracking system that provides up to date information on compliance with EPSDT service provision requirements in the following areas: • A clinical dental examination at the eruption of the first tooth and no later than twelve (12) month and • Every six months thereafter, or as indicated by the Child and/or young adult’s risk status/susceptibility to disease. • Diagnosis and/or treatment, or other referrals in accordance with EPSDT screen results.
