Traction current Sample Clauses

The 'Traction current' clause defines the supply and use of electrical power specifically for railway or tramway systems. It typically outlines the technical requirements, voltage levels, and responsibilities for providing and maintaining the electrical current used to power trains or trams. This clause ensures that both the supplier and operator understand their obligations regarding the safe and reliable delivery of traction power, thereby minimizing operational disruptions and clarifying liability in case of power failures.
