TRADE UNION RECOGNITION. 12.1 The Organisation shall use all reasonable endeavours to observe good industrial relations practices in all its dealings with its employees and volunteers. Any arrangements with trade unions shall be treated as a local issue between the Organisation and its employees. 12.2 However, the Organisation shall advise the Council of any potential or actual dispute with its employees or volunteers (individually or collectively).
