Traffic Violations. The Employer shall not be liable for any moving violation related to the employee’s operation of a vehicle in connection with the employee’s work for the Employer. Except in exceptional circumstances, the Employer shall not be liable for parking tickets related to the employee’s work for the Employer. If an employee believes they received a parking ticket as a result of a work-related emergency, the employee shall notify the Employer promptly and the Employer will review circumstances and determine possible payment.
