The 'Using Earned Credit Hours' clause defines how a party may utilize or apply credit hours that have been accumulated or earned, typically in the context of academic or training programs. Using Earned Credit Hours. The use of credit hours shall be approved in the same manner as annual leave in accordance with Article 31 of the national agreement. Supervisors will approve use of credit hours under the same criteria used for the approval of leave. In the event of a conflict between credit hour requests, it will be resolved in favor of the employees with the earliest SCD within the work unit by the supervisor.
