Training and Development Activities. Activities identified in the employee’s individual development plan may include attendance at training programs offered by the County or outside organizations, briefings on career opportunities, special project assignments, information interviews, participating in a job-shadowing, mentoring or internship program, career development assessment centers or other activities.
