The TRAINING COORDINATION clause establishes the responsibilities and procedures for organizing and managing training activities between the parties. Training Coordination. The Employees will have the opportunity to participate in training programs that will assist in the change process, skill formation, team skills and business development skills. Each shift will be responsible to coordinate and report on its own training needs, assisted by the Human Resources Coordinator and prepare its training plan for subsequent approval.
