Training Environment. The Massachusetts Maritime Academy is committed to training undergraduates in a para-military and military environment in conformity with the Merchant Marine Training Regulations for the time being in effect. Certain unit members employed at the Academy, being customarily called officers and having certain ranks styled on a model of military ranks, shall become a part of this military environment by wearing the uniforms prescribed by the Board of Trustees, by upholding the military code of conduct prescribed for cadets, and by adhering to the precepts and examples required of officers in a military environment. Certain members of the bargaining unit, as determined by the President in his sole discretion, employed at the Massachusetts Maritime Academy are therefore, required to: i. Purchase, maintain, and wear the appropriate Massachusetts Maritime Academy uniform with insignia commensurate with their rank as officers at the Academy; ii. Adhere to military customs on campus prescribed by the Board of Trustees;
Training Environment. The services required hereunder shall be performed in one of the following specific instructional environments (these training environments are provided and maintained by the Government):  Legacy Environment (Group-Paced, Instructor-Led). This is traditional classroom didactic instruction in a Navy resident schoolhouse environment. The contractor shall provide on-site instructors to teach the course.  Legacy Lab Environment (Group-Paced, Instructor-Led). This includes Group-paced dynamic instruction in a Navy schoolhouse environment. The contractor shall provide on- site instruction/facilitation.
Training Environment. If training is being conducted at the CLIENT’s site, the CLIENT is responsible for providing a productive environment to conduct training. COMPANY is not responsible for its inability to conduct training or for inadequate training arising due to interruptions and/or unavailability of CLIENT personnel to be trained. Time spent on-site by COMPANY that results in non-productive training time beyond COMPANY's control will be billed as training time. COMPANY will make reasonable efforts to schedule training on dates requested by the CLIENT. Trainers will be on- site approximately noon Monday through noon Friday. This allows appropriate travel time to and from the CLIENT’s site.
Training Environment. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Software shall be obligated to provide BANKBERATUNG with the necessary FS software. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Software shall pay the cost of providing it. BANKBERATUNG shall be obligated to provide the hardware and software for the server and clients (exclusive of FS software), keep the training database updated, and to take care of technical service for the training environment. The costs for this shall be paid by BANKBERATUNG.

Training Environment. 2.1.1. Site orientation should include a review of local safety procedures. 2.1.2. Call rooms and lounges provided for residents must be clean, smoke free, located in safe locations, and have adequate lighting, a phone, fire alarms, and smoke detectors. Any appliances supplied are to be in good working order. There must be adequate locks on doors. 2.1.3. Pregnant residents should be aware of specific risks to themselves and their fetus in the training environment and request accommodations where indicated. Residents should consult the Occupational Health and Safety office of the health care facility for information.

  • Working Environment The parties agree that a safe and clean working environment is essential in order to carry out work assignments in a satisfactory manner. The Employer commits to investigate the use of environmentally friendly products. It will be the Employer's responsibility to ensure that all working areas and employer-owned vehicles are maintained in a safe and clean condition.

  • Work Environment It is mutually agreed that the prevention of accidents and injuries to state employees will result in greater efficiency of operations of state government. Toward this end, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort to provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions and the Union shall fully cooperate by encouraging all employees to perform their assigned tasks in a safe manner.

  • NON-SEXIST ENVIRONMENT 1. A non-sexist environment is defined as that in which there is no discrimination against females or males by portraying them in gender stereotyped roles or by omitting their contributions. 2. The employer does not condone and will not tolerate any written or verbal expression of sexism. In September of each school year the employer and the local shall jointly notify administrative officers and staff, in writing, of their commitment to a non-sexist environment. 3. The employer and the local shall promote a non-sexist environment through the development, integration, and implementation of non-sexist educational programs, activities, and learning resources for both staff and students.

  • HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT In the performance of this Contract, Contractor and Operator shall conduct Petroleum Operations with due regard to health, safety and the protection of the environment (“HSE”) and the conservation of natural resources, and shall in particular:
