Training Fees. Citizens will pay Vendor $26.00 per hour for each Vendor Staff receiving initial training mandated by Citizens. Citizens will also pay Vendor $26.00 per hour for each Vendor Staff receiving ongoing/refresher training mandated by Citizens, but only to the extent such training exceeds two (2) hours in a particular month. Vendor is responsible for determining how many Vendor Staff are needed to handle the forecasted call volumes provided by Citizens, and Vendor will base its determinations on industry best practices/standards and the requirements set forth in the Agreement.
