Common use of Training of Workers Clause in Contracts

Training of Workers. In accordance with The Saskatchewan Employment Act and Regulations, the Employer shall ensure that a worker is trained in matters that are necessary to protect the health and safety of the worker when a worker begins work at the place of employment and when a worker is moved from one work activity or worksite to another that differs with respect to hazards, facilities or procedures.
