Training Session Clause Samples

The Training Session clause outlines the requirements and expectations for any instructional or educational sessions provided under the agreement. It typically specifies the scope, duration, and format of the training, as well as the responsibilities of both the provider and the recipient, such as scheduling, materials, and attendance. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of how training will be delivered and what is included, thereby preventing misunderstandings and ensuring that the necessary knowledge transfer occurs effectively.
