APPLICATION AGREEMENT. This Exhibitor Application and Contract (this “Agreement”), completed in its entirety and accompanied by the requested information and materials, constitutes an application for exhibit space in Informa Markets Art, LLC dba Art Wynwood. It is subject to review and approval by Art Miami. All applications will be accepted or declined at the sole discretion of Art Miami.

APPLICATION AGREEMENT. The following Application Agreement will be signed by you and all co-applicants prior to signing a Lease Contract. While some of the information below may not yet apply to your situation, there are some provisions that may become applicable prior to signing a Lease Contract. In order to continue with this application, you'll need to review the Application Agreement carefully and acknowledge that you accept its terms.

APPLICATION AGREEMENT. Any resident of the State of New Jersey may apply for a plot at the Berkeley Heights Community Garden (BHCG), located at the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ Farmstead, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇. The Community Garden Committee (Committee) consists of two (2) representatives from the Environmental Commission and one (1) Berkeley Heights resident. The Committee will include a minimum of three (3) members, with a maximum of eight (8) new members. Committee members should be active and in good standing. The undersigned applicants understand the purpose of the BHCG is to: • Provide a place for people of all ages to experience the rewards of gardening; • Promote organic farming methods and sustainable living; • ▇▇▇▇▇▇ community pride and unity; and • Encourage environmental stewardship and awareness. Each person wishing to participate in the BHCG shall be known as an “Applicant” or “Gardener”. By signing this Application Agreement, each of the below-listed Gardeners agree that in consideration of the Commission’s granting them the opportunity to participate in the BHCG, they shall accept and abide by the BHCG’s operating rules (Rules) included hereto as Attachment A throughout the term of their membership in the BHCG. For the avoidance of doubt, the Rules shall be incorporated into and be considered part of this Application Agreement. The Rules for the BHCG shall be unilaterally made, amended, and enforced by the Committee. This Application Agreement shall terminate and have no further force and effect on 11/1/2025. Those Gardeners wishing to participate in the BHCG during the immediately consecutive year shall complete and submit a new Application Agreement before the date first set forth above. The BHCG will consist of thirty (30) raised-bed plots (each, a Plot), each measuring 4 feet by 12 feet in size. Plot 30 is a restricted mobility raised bed. See attached Operating Rules for accommodations for this Plot. The BHCG will operate as an organic garden and will be surrounded by an 8 foot-high deer fence. If there are more Gardener applicants in a given year than there are Plots available that year, the Plots will be assigned via a lottery system. There is a limitation of one Plot per household, unless there are fewer Gardeners in a given year than there are Plots available. APPLICATION AGREEMENT. The conditions of this Agreement shall be applied to all investments made in the territory of either Contracting Party under the laws of the investors of the other Contracting Party, irrespective of whether they were made before or after the entry into force of this Agreement.

APPLICATION AGREEMENT. 1. This Agreement applies to investments undertaken by investors of one Contracting Party in the territory of another Contracting Party after the entry into force of this Agreement. 2. The agreement also applies to investments undertaken in each of the Contracting Parties to the entry into force of this Agreement, provided that such investments have been made in accordance with the laws of Ukraine and the law on foreign investments Socialist Republic of Vietnam. 3. This Agreement may be specified and supplemented in accordance with the agreement of the Contracting Parties.

APPLICATION AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall apply to all investments made by investors of either Contracting Party in the territory of the other Contracting Party after the entry into force of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended by mutual consent of the Contracting Parties issued by protocols and are an integral part of this Agreement after each Contracting Party in writing notifies the other Contracting Party of the fulfillment of all internal procedures necessary for the entry into such changes and amendments into force. The Contracting Parties shall, if necessary, may establish a joint committee to develop defined measures for further implementation of the Agreement and make recommendations to the interaction.

APPLICATION AGREEMENT. I have read and understand the terms, conditions, and restrictions of this service agreement. I further acknowledge failure to abide by said restrictions shall, at a minimum, lead to discontinuance of service. I further understand that completion of this application, accompanied by receipt of deposit, will ensure NEXT BUSINESS DAY turn on services of water UNLESS the following day falls on a District cut-off day. In this situation, water service will be turned on the following business day. I hereby apply for water and/or sewer service at the above address to be furnished at the standard rates and under terms and conditions of said District as from time to time established for such class of service. The deposit will be held until Applicant discontinues service to guarantee the payment of bill of whatever nature that may be due. When services have been discontinued, the deposit will be applied to the final bill. If any deposit, greater than $2.00 is left, it will be refunded. I understand that failure to render payment within time prescribed on the bill will mean discontinuance of service. Further, if the District incurs additional expenses for past due collections, I agree to pay all costs of collections.
