Common use of Transaction Authorization Clause in Contracts

Transaction Authorization. Under this Agreement, you are responsible for all transactions you authorize using Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Banking, Account-to Account, Zelle Funds Transfer services, Remote Deposit Capture and electronic funds transfers ("EFTs"), including ACH, Wires and Tax Payments. If you permit other persons to use your Password, you are responsible for any transactions they authorize or conduct on any of your accounts. However, you must notify us immediately if you believe anyone has used your Password and accessed your accounts without your authorization. All transactions that person performs are authorized transactions. If you notify us that the person is no longer authorized, then only transactions that person performs after the time you notify us are considered unauthorized.
