Transactions Requiring Instructions. Without prejudice to the authority given to Bank One above, Bank One is authorised to carry out any transactions whatsoever relating to the Securities and/or cash upon receipt of specific instructions, including instructions to deliver or deal with the Securities (for example pursuant to any sale), or to make payment for and/or receive Securities purchased by the Client or its Authorised Officer on behalf of the Client.
