Common use of Transfer by us Clause in Contracts

Transfer by us. We may sell, assign, transfer, convey, give away, pledge, hypothecate, mortgage or otherwise encumber (“transfer”) all or any part of our rights, interests or obligations in this Agreement to any person or entity, who expressly assumes our obligations under this Agreement. After our transfer of this Agreement to a third party who expressly assumes the obligations under this Agreement, we no longer have any performance or other obligations under this Agreement.
