Common use of Transfer by us Clause in Contracts

Transfer by us. We have the right to assign this Agreement to any person without your consent provided the transfer is part of a merger or sale of the entire System and the transferee has sufficient business experience, aptitude and financial resources to competently assume our obligations under this Agreement.
