Common use of Transfer Completion Clause in Contracts

Transfer Completion. The completion of the transactions contemplated hereby (the "Transfer Completion") shall take place at the offices of Seller in Xiamen, Fujian, PRC on December 31, 2007, 10:00 a.m. Beijing time, or at such other date and place as the Parties may agree in writing (the "Closing Date").
