An employee who is transferred to another position in the same classification or a different classification at the same or lower salary level in the same Agency shall complete the trial service period by adding the service time in the former position. Section 2. An employee who is transferred to another position in the same classification or a different classification at the same or lower salary level in another Agency prior to the completion of the trial service must complete a full trial service period in the new position.
