TRANSFER DURING TRIAL SERVICE. An employee who is transferred to another position in the same classification or a different classification at the same or lower salary level in the same university shall complete the trial service period by adding the service time in the former position.

TRANSFER DURING TRIAL SERVICE. a. Transfer Within the Same Agency. An employee who is transferred to another position covered by this Agreement in the same classification classification, or to a different classification at the same or lower salary level in level, prior to the same university completion of the employee’s trial service period shall complete the remainder of his/her trial service period by adding the service time in the former latter position.
