TRANSFER GUIDELINES AND POLICIES. 2.1 Credit Transfer-Articulated Programs The evaluation and transfer of earned college credits shall be in full compliance with the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities' Board of Trustees Policy Section 3.21: Undergraduate Credit Transfer and all other state and federal educational policies pertaining to undergraduate credit transfer. Current students and graduates, who have earned degrees or diplomas from Century College, shall be eligible for credit evaluation under the terms of this agreement. Programs eligible for transfer under this articulation agreement are listed in section 3.1 of this document. 2.2 Diploma and Certificate Program Transfers: Diploma program graduates will generally transfer approximately 40 semester credits. Certificate program graduates will transfer credits based on the specific content in the certificate courses through agreement with the accepting MSU program.

Programs eligible for transfer under this articulation agreement are listed in section 3.1 of this document. 2.12 Diploma and Certificate Program Transfers Program graduates will be able to transfer courses as outlined in the MSU Equivalency Guide for General education and the courses listed with equivalents in section 3.1 of this agreement. Generally, all college level and Minnesota Transfer Curriculum (MnTC) coursework will transfer. 2.22 General Education-Liberal Arts Credits: Diploma and certificate transfer students must satisfy all of the general education/MnTC requirements of an MSU baccalaureate degree. General education/MnTC coursework already completed at FFCC will be evaluated by the MSU Transfer Specialist and applied to this requirement. Completion ofthese program specific courses may cause a student to exceed the 128 semester credit graduation requirement

  • Policies, Guidelines, Directives and Standards Either the Funder or the Ministry will give the HSP Notice of any amendments to the manuals, guidelines or policies identified in Schedule C. An amendment will be effective in accordance with the terms of the amendment. By signing a copy of this Agreement the HSP acknowledges that it has a copy of the documents identified in Schedule C.

  • General Guidelines Conduct yourself in a responsible manner at all times in the laboratory.

  • Hot Weather Guidelines For the purposes of site based discussions regarding the need to plan and perform work during expected periods of hot weather, the following issues shall be considered in conjunction with proper consideration of Occupational Health and Safety issues.

  • Policies and Procedures i) The policies and procedures of the designated employer apply to the employee while working at both sites. ii) Only the designated employer shall have exclusive authority over the employee in regard to discipline, reporting to the College of Nurses of Ontario and/or investigations of family/resident complaints. iii) The designated employer will ensure that the employee is covered by WSIB at all times, regardless of worksite, while in the employ of either home. iv) The designated employer will ensure that the employee is covered by liability insurance at all times, regardless of worksite, while in the employ of either home. v) The designated employer shall have exclusive authority over the employee’s personnel files and health records. These files will be maintained on the site of the designated employer.

  • COMPLIANCE WITH POLICIES AND PROCEDURES During the period that Executive is employed with the Company hereunder, Executive shall adhere to the policies and standards of professionalism set forth in the Company’s Policies and Procedures as they may exist from time to time.
