Transfer Limits; Availability. The maximum dollar limit on a transfer is equal to the available in your Deposit Account, plus the available balance or credit balance in any other account or line of credit attached to the Deposit Account to provide overdraft protection. Funds must be available in the account from which you wish to transfer funds on the date you enter the transaction. We reserve the right to limit the frequency and dollar amount of transactions between your accounts for security reasons. By federal regulation, you are limited during any statement cycle to six preauthorized or automatic transfers (three of which may be by check, draft or similar order) if the Account is a savings or a savings with limited check writing privileges (money market type) account. Online ▇▇▇▇ payments and transfers between your Deposit Accounts are considered preauthorized transfers.

  • RDDS availability Refers to the ability of all the RDDS services for the TLD, to respond to queries from an Internet user with appropriate data from the relevant Registry System. If 51% or more of the RDDS testing probes see any of the RDDS services as unavailable during a given time, the RDDS will be considered unavailable.

  • Closing Availability After giving effect to all Borrowings to be made on the Effective Date and the issuance of any Letters of Credit on the Effective Date and payment of all fees and expenses due hereunder, and with all of the Loan Parties’ Indebtedness, the Borrowers’ Availability shall not be less than $500,000.

Registry Operator’s emergency operations department shall be available at all times to respond to extraordinary occurrences.

  • Minimum Availability Borrower shall have minimum availability immediately following the initial funding in the amount set forth on the Schedule.

  • General Availability The commitment to availability specified in the letter of appointment shall be subject to mutually acceptable revision. Such revision will occur once per year, or, if mutually agreed between the Employer and the employee, on a more frequent basis. The Employer will issue a revised letter of appointment to reflect approved changes to employee’s general availability.
