Transfer of Authority. On the effective date of the Servicer’s resignation or termination or the later date that the Servicer stops performing its obligations, all rights and obligations of the Servicer under this Agreement and of the Administrator under the Administration Agreement will become the rights and obligations of the successor Servicer, including as successor Administrator.

Transfer of Authority. Israel shall transfer powers and responsibilities as specified in this Agreement from the Israeli military government and its Civil Administration to the Council in accordance with this Agreement. Israel shall continue to exercise powers and responsibilities not so transferred.

Transfer of Authority. Any power vested in a Minister of Canada or in a Minister of the Executive Council of Nunavut, pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, may be transferred to another Minister of Canada, or to another Minister of the Executive Council of Nunavut, respectively. The GCC(EI) shall be given notice in regard to such transfer.
