Common use of Transfer of Custodians Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Custodians. Custodians will not be transferred from their existing buildings during the school year for capricious reasons. In the event a vacancy occurs in a particular building on a particular shift, the supervisor will give serious consideration to requests to transfer to that building.
