Transfer of Labour. (a) If a halt to productive work occurs which is not the fault or responsibility of the Employer, labour can be relocated to other unaffected areas to continue productive work or on other sites if work is available. (b) Where work halts in these circumstances the Employer will inform the Shop ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Employee Representatives (if any).
