Common use of Transfer of Labour Clause in Contracts

Transfer of Labour. If a halt to productive work occurs which is not the fault or the responsibility of the Company, the parties agree that employees can be relocated to other unaffected areas to continue productive work or to other sites if work is available. If employees can not be relocated or transferred, then the same provisions shall apply as to Clause 36. – Inclement Weather Procedure, sub-clause h).
