Common use of Transfer Time Clause in Contracts

Transfer Time. Placement on Schedule A shall be as follows: Ten (10) years of experience outside the District will be accepted at full credit. A teacher returning to the District will be given full credit for prior years’ experience in the District.

A teacher returning to the District District, within five years of leaving employment with the District, will be given full credit for prior years’ experience in the District.
