Transfer to a safe job. If a pregnant Employee provides medical evidence that shows she is fit to work, but it is inadvisable for her to continue in her present position during a period due to illness or risks arising from pregnancy or hazards connected with the position, the Company will transfer the Employee to an appropriate safe job if one is available for the relevant period.
