Common use of Transferred Properties Clause in Contracts

Transferred Properties. Each of the Sellers hereby sells, grants, conveys, transfers and assigns to the Buyer, and Buyer hereby purchases, acquires and receives, all right, title and interest of such Seller in and to the following assets, but excluding any Excluded Items described in Section 2.2 (collectively the “Transferred Properties”).
