Transferring Calls. During normal business hours, if after initially addressing a Customer’s concern, the customer service representative determines that the call should be transferred to another representative of the Contractor, the Customer shall be connected with a customer service representative within thirty (30) seconds thereof.
Transferring Calls. 1. The only numbers necessary to transfer a call are the last 4 digits of the phone number. When 17 transferring a call, the number 0 must be entered first and then the last 4 numbers of the phone number.
