Transfers and Reassignment. 11.1 Subject to the approval of the Board, the Superintendent or his/her designee shall assign unit members of the District to the positions in which they are to serve. Such authority to assign includes the authority to transfer a unit member from one school to another school at which the unit member is certificated to serve.
