Transfers Without Posting. Lateral transfers or voluntary changes in classifications may be granted without posting, for: (a) compassionate or medical grounds to regular team members who have completed their probationary period; and (b) all team members who have become incapacitated by industrial injury or industrial illness. The Union shall be consulted prior to the above.
