Transition for Dark Fiber Loop. 2.4.4.2.1 For purposes of this Section 2.4.4.2, the Transition Period for Dark Fiber Loops (defined in Section 2.4.4.1) is the eighteen (18) month period beginning March 11, 2005 and ending September 10, 2006. 2.4.4.2.2 For purposes of this Section 2.4.4.2, Embedded Base means Dark Fiber Loops that were in service for NuVox as of March 11, 2005. Subsequent disconnects or loss of customers shall be removed from the Embedded Base. 2.4.4.2.3 During the Transition Period, AT&T shall make Dark Fiber Loops available for NuVox‟s Embedded Base at the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Section 2.4.4.2.

2.4.4.2.3 2.1.6.2.3 During the Transition PeriodPeriod only, AT&T shall make available for the Embedded Base Dark Fiber Loops available for NuVox‟s Embedded Base SouthEast at the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Section 2.4.4.2Amendment.
